During the repair period, we always provide the client with a replacement cooler.
Attention! Any mechanical damages (for example, replacement of the tap, water intake, water intake cover, etc.) are always paid for by the client.
In other cases:
For coolers rented from our company: we provide a free replacement with a similar working cooler that has undergone sanitation.
For coolers purchased from us or another organization: repairs are paid. The cost depends on the type of malfunction, cooler model, and the need for part replacements. Repair terms and costs are agreed upon in advance with a service department operator.
To avoid the need for repairs, we strongly recommend not neglecting regular sanitation.
