Why is sanitization necessary?

To extend the service life of the water cooler.
Over time, mineral and salt deposits accumulate inside the cooler. Excessive buildup can lead to malfunction, and in some cases, the unit may become irreparable and need replacement.

To protect people from contamination.
During regular use, harmful bacteria can enter the cooler — and the water — through contact with human hands. As a result, everyone drinking from the cooler could be exposed to infection.

To prevent this, we recommend performing sanitization at least once every six months.

How is sanitization performed?

Sanitization is carried out at our facility.
While your cooler is being serviced, we provide you with a temporary replacement unit.

The sanitization process includes the step-by-step removal of:

• Bacterial flora

• Mechanical contaminants (such as salts and minerals that precipitate during heating)

We use only certified cleaning agents specifically designed for water cooler maintenance.
