Equipment diagnostics include identifying the causes of malfunctions and providing recommendations for their resolution.

Diagnostics are performed by a specialist at our service center.
While your cooler is being serviced, a replacement unit is provided to the client.

Based on the diagnostic results, an operator will contact you and, if necessary, discuss the further repair work and its cost.
